“Our mission is to improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve by promoting health and well-being, by fostering self-sufficiency and providing a productive life within their home and community.”

Our Community Living and Learning, Inc. is a private, non-profit agency that has been providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in the Indiana County area since 1974. Community Living and Learning, Inc. focuses on working together with the individual, family members, other service providers and the community through a Person-Centered approach. It is our goal to offer each individual the unique supports that he or she needs to be happy, successful, and a valued member of the community. Community Living and Learning, Inc. currently provides Residential Living, Independent Living, and Life Sharing services along with the operation of an Adult Training Facility.

Meet Our Management Staff

The management team members at Community Living & Learning, Inc. are dedicated professionals with years of experience working directly with individuals who have intellectual disabilities. We use our combined experience to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve.

Nathaniel Haggerty-Executive Director

Nathaniel began working at Community Living & Learning in 1995 as a Direct Support Professional. He has served in various capacities including a Home Supervisor and a Program Director. Nathaniel has been the Executive Director since 2016.

Isaac Lalim- ATF Coordinator

Isaac began working at Community Living & Learning in 2010 as a Direct Support Professional. Isaac is currently the Program Coordinator of the Adult Training Facility.

Heide Weston-Resource Coordinator

Heide began working at Community Living & Learning in 1987.  She has served in various capacities including a Direct Support Professional and ATF supervisor. Heide is currently serving as the Resource Coordinator.

Tom Citeroni- Chief Financial Officer

Tom began working at Community Living & Learning in 2002. Tom is the Chief Financial Officer for the agency and oversees all aspects of the budget.

Brad Jarvie- Program Director

Brad has worked at Community Living & Learning for many years as a supervisor, ATF Director, and Residential Program DIrector. Brad has 29 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities,

Rita Vicini- Program Specialist

Rita began working at Community Living & Learning in 2001. Rita is currently serving as the Residential Living Program Specialist.

Ryan Stumph - Life Sharing Director

Ryan began working at Community Living & Learning in the year 2017. Ryan has 20 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
